Parent Volunteer Information

Being a parent volunteer is a great way to be involved in special activities happening during school hours.  If you are interested in becoming a volunteer, please complete the following steps.  We are excited to have you join our family of volunteers!

Step 1:

All parents/guardians who want to become approved parent volunteers must follow UMASD procedure in order to do so.  All questions regarding the initial application should be directed to the contact person on this link:

Step 2:

The Gulph Elementary Parent Volunteer Guidelines are listed below.  Once the school district has cleared you to be a volunteer, you will be required to read and sign the guidelines so that everyone understands what is expected of Gulph's parent volunteers.
